My approach is person-led, strength-focused, and process-focused, meaning that I believe every individual has their unique strengths and path towards healing, and I'm here to support and empower you on that journey.

During our sessions, my top priority is to create a safe space, supportive presence, and opportunity for you to grow, heal, or learn through creative expression. I don't enforce any specific directives or conversations, but rather follow your lead, your ideas, and your needs. I essentially act as a personal cheerleader and facilitator for your creative process and discoveries!

Whether we chat during our sessions or not, the goal is always to help you get what you need. Even if you aren’t sure what you might need, we can find it together!

Having a safe place, a supportive person, and an opportunity to express whatever you want to can be an extremely healing experience.
