1:1 Art Therapy sessions in Orillia, ON.

  • These sessions are art psychotherapy. This means that a safe space, creative activity, and art therapist’s support will help you work through a struggle of some sort over a course of numerous sessions.

  • Young adults (18 - 26 yrs) who are seeking a safe and supportive space for self-exploration, personal growth, and creative expression.

    Individuals with crisis-level needs, goals, or situations such as struggling with suicidality, self-harming behaviour, or a tendency to harm others are not suitable for my art therapy work.

  • Heartworks Children’s Studio in Orillia, ON

  • It costs $145 per session. I offer sliding scale.

    After you pay for each session, I will send you a receipt. If your insurance company covers sessions provided by a qualifying registered psychotherapist, you can submit with them for reimbursement each time!

  • Ideal goals that align with 1:1 art therapy sessions include but are not limited to the following: 

    • Developing self acceptance, compassion, and trust

    • Experiencing a safe, supportive, encouraging therapeutic relationship

    • Exploring identity

    • Feeling safe

    • Feeling capable

    Crisis-level needs, goals, or situations such as struggling with suicidality, self-harming behaviour, or a tendency to harm others are not suitable for my private practice.

  • Session slots run weekly or bi-weekly at 3:30 or 5, Monday to Friday. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
